HHO: Is the term used in short for "Oxyhydrogen". HHO gas is the product of electrolysis on H2O or pure water.

Exactly how does the HHO Generator
work?
The HHO Generator sends an
electric charge through a liquid electrolyte comprised of distilled or tap water and potassium Hydroxide (KOH), which causes the hydrogen molecules to separate from the oxygen molecules in the water. The Benefits of HHO
